Meet Team Elysse!

I've added some new faces to my team to serve more clients in Portland Metro with the same unbridled experience everyone has come to love and know! Woohoo!

Rikki is our Operations Manager & Licensed Broker. She supports in showing homes, coordinating vendors, and so much more behind the scenes. If you work with me, you'll definitely meet Rikki!

Amber is our Transaction Coordinator. Some of you may know her if you've transacted with us - she's the bees knees. She manages all paperwork and compliance for a smooth experience.

Rates

Keep in mind rates move every minute of every day. Your rate cannot be locked until you're in contract.

Buyers

Rates - Guess what happens when rates drop? Buyers swarm the market. No longer can you negotiate those closing costs, rate buy downs, repairs. Let's get negotiating before you can't anymore!
Don't forget - We are 100% referral based. It is the highest compliment to send your friends, family, coworkers to us. We promise to take the very best care of them!
It is officially icky season- When you buy a home with us, do not forget to CLEAN. YOUR. GUTTERS! Water should be wicking no less than 8 inches away from your foundation.

Sellers

32 days - We are officially 32 days from holiday season and guess what? Buyers still purchase homes in the holiday season. Plan the sale of your home with your life, not with the market.
Prep is King - Those homes sitting 2+ months? It's usually a funky layout or not prepping it correctly to attract a buyer right away. I'll help make a plan with you to ensure it shines!
Staging is Strategy - I specialize in design and staging along with being a fierce negotiator on your behalf. Staging your vacant home *is* part of the strategy, not an afterthought. Design and strategy puts more money in your pocket.
